Born and raised in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio Kalena is the founder of LCR Coaching LLC and the “Leverage Employees Ability to Prosper” (LEAP) program, is an award-winning, communication and business transitions trainer, business coach, host, motivational speaker, and author. Kalena has devoted her life to helping business leader’s break through their inner glass ceilings.
Having to overcome compelling life circumstances herself she was able to convert her pain into power, and her strengths into a gift.
